Your participation in the 2023 AANP National Conference is subject to the following terms and conditions. Thank you for choosing AANP for your high-quality, NP education needs.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must have been submitted to AANP no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, May 8, 2023. No refunds will be granted after this date. A refund will then be issued minus a $75 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only).

What are the dates of the on-demand conference?
The on-demand portion of the 2023 AANP National Conference will be available June 28-Aug. 3. Watch this video to help you navigate the on-demand platform successfully.
When will registration close?
Registration closes on July 27 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
How long will the sessions be available for viewing on demand?
On-demand sessions will be available for 35 days. Access them at your convenience from June 28 to Aug. 3.
What happens after I register?
A receipt will be emailed to you after you complete your registration. When the on-demand conference officially opens on June 28, you will receive an email with instructions, including information on how to log in, how to access the online platform and other pertinent information.
How much CE credit is available with this online conference?
An attendee can earn up to 80 hours of CE credit during this online conference. The program is currently being reviewed by AANP to determine CE and pharmacology credit.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be submitted to AANP no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, May 8; no refunds will be granted after this date. A refund will then be issued minus a $75 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only). After Monday, May 8, no refund will be granted. Conference registration fees are non-transferable.
